Job Description:

Join one of the largest financial institutions in the world as a Business Analyst. You will have the opportunity to gain a broad understanding of the Payments and Business landscape within the SEPA area and UK faster payments. Your experience will help you operate in a large, dynamic, pressurized environment where high-quality software solutions are needed rapidly to support an ever-evolving business.

Your Role:

1. Define the most appropriate analysis approach to a problem/opportunity and collaborate with a multi-skilled team to achieve the required goal.
2. Produce component-level flows in the form of Swimlane to define the sequence of payment processing.
3. Translate the requirements into functional user stories, ensuring acceptance criteria are correctly defined.
4. Perform root cause analysis of failure elements and recommend improvements.
5. Be responsible for big picture end-to-end thinking.
6. Work closely with the solution delivery and production support team to ensure all new software is well understood and readily supported.
7. Review test cases and test results to ensure requirements are being met.

Your Skills:

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in the field of business analysis.
2. Familiarity with the software development cycle.
3. Knowledge of the Scrum methodology, BPMN, JIRA, and Confluence.
4. Strong communication and analytical skills, with a focus on solving problems and the ability to work in a team.
5. Good written and spoken technical English to communicate freely.
6. Previous experience in the banking and finance industry is desirable.
