Your role

• Define the most appropriate analysis approach to a problem/opportunity and collaborate with a multi-skilled team to achieve the required goal
• Produce component-level flows in the form of Swimlane diagrams to define the sequence of payment processing
• Translate requirements into functional user stories, ensuring acceptance criteria are correctly defined
• Perform root cause analysis of failure elements and recommend improvements
• Be responsible for big picture end-to-end thinking
• Work closely with solution delivery and production support teams to ensure all new software is well understood and supported
• Review test cases and test results to ensure requirements are met

Your skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis
• Familiarity with the software development cycle
• Knowledge of Scrum methodology, BPMN, JIRA, and Confluence
• Strong communication and analytical skills, problem-solving ability, and team collaboration
• Proficiency in written and spoken technical English
• Previous experience in banking and finance is desirable
