Business Analysis Manager / Finance Optimization
Your responsibilities
Lead the identification and implementation of process optimization initiatives within the finance function, with a focus on utilizing AI, RPA, and other techniques to drive finance efficiency
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand current finance processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop innovative solutions
Utilize project management skills to plan, execute, and monitor process optimization projects, ensuring timely delivery and successful outcomes
Conduct thorough analysis of finance processes, identifying bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation
Evaluate and recommend appropriate AI and RPA tools and technologies to streamline finance processes and improve accuracy and speed
Collaborate with IT teams to implement and integrate AI and RPA solutions into existing finance systems and workflows
Provide guidance and support to finance team members in adopting and utilizing AI and RPA tools effectively
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in finance process optimization, AI, RPA, and related technologies
Our requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Minimum of proven years of experience in finance process optimization, with a focus on utilizing AI, RPA, and related techniques
- Strong understanding of finance processes, systems, and best practices
- Proven track of record of successfully leading and implementing process optimization projects
- In-depth knowledge of AI and RPA technologies and their application in finance
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools, with the ability to plan, execute and monitor process optimization projects effectively
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in finance process optimization, AI, RPA, and related technologies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Adaptable and open to learning new technologies and methodologies in the field of finance process optimization
- Relevant certifications in AI, RPA, or project management are a plus
