Business Analysis Lead Miejsce pracy: Gdańsk Technologies we use Expected Enterprise Architect Jira Confluence BPMN UML Optional SQL BI Operating system Windows Your responsibilities Define and own the business analysis service portfolio (offerings, methodologies, templates, pricing), Build and execute the go-to-market; Generate and manage the sales pipeline; lead pre-sales discovery, solution design, proposals, Oversee delivery quality and consistency across BA engagements; enforce standards, peer reviews, and governance, Own practice P&L; forecast demand, plan capacity, and manage budgets, Optimize resource allocation and utilization across projects; balance workload and priorities, Recruit, hire, and expand the BA team; define role profiles and career paths, Design and deliver training programs; support certifications, workshops, and continuous upskilling, Build a competency framework and skills matrix; identify gaps and drive development plans, Create and maintain reusable assets (playbooks, templates, checklists, case studies), Lead continuous improvement of BA processes, tools, and techniques; standardize best practices, Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring; run a community of practice to share knowledge. Our requirements 10 years of experience in business/system analysis roles with solid knowledge in business processes and system architecture combined with building or managing teams in matrix organization, Strong background in complex IT environments (e.g., system integrations, microservices, legacy systems), Proficiency in analytical tools and techniques (e.g., Enterprise Architect, Jira, Confluence, BPMN, UML), Sales experience with success in technology and consulting projects, People Management skills with experience in team development strategy, resource management and planning, Excellent documentation and communication skills, Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe), Fluency in English and Polish (minimum B2 level), both verbal and written. Optional Familiarity with data modeling tools and SQL/BI tools, Certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA, TOGAF, UML/BPMN). German language fluent both verbal and written.
