Job Description

We are looking for a Business Analysis Expert to join our team responsible for building a modern payment platform as part of the core systems transformation program. The role combines business analysis, facilitation of collaboration between teams, and support of product objectives in a dynamic Agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Product Owner on backlog planning and prioritization.
• Collect, analyse and refine business requirements.
• Model processes and prepare analytical documentation.
• Support the development team during implementation and testing.
• Facilitate workshops and work with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of business analysis experience.
• Experience in the banking or finance sector (experience in payments is a plus).
• English language proficiency at B2–C1 level.
• Ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Proficient with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Miro, Visio or similar.
• Strong communication, facilitation and collaboration skills.
