Position Summary
We are looking for a data-driven, detail-oriented professional to support business decision‑making through effective data management and insightful analysis. In this role, you’ll generate reports, dashboards, and Power BI visualizations while optimizing the use of Salesforce and other BI tools to enhance business operations across Central and Eastern Europe.
Role And Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate data management processes from start to finish
- Create reports, dashboards, and presentations to deliver business insights
- Visualize data trends and patterns to support decision‑making
- Work closely with product managers and internal stakeholders to identify reporting needs and translate them into effective BI solutions
- Use and adapt BI tools (especially Power BI) to develop interactive, self‑service analytics
- Continuously improve CRM (Salesforce) setup to ensure efficient data entry, tracking, and reporting
- Support recurring reporting cycles and assist in preparing executive presentations
- Lead or contribute to 1–2 analytical projects that support market analysis and business development
Skills And Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a data management, business analysis, or reporting role
- Strong command of Excel (advanced functions, Power Query, Macros) and PowerPoint
- Working knowledge of Power BI and data visualization best practices
- Nice to have: SQL skills
- High attention to detail and quality in reporting and presentationsStrong time management and prioritization skills
- Analytical mindset with a basic understanding of business metrics and decision‑making logic
- Problem‑solving attitude and proactive communication skills
- Fluency in English (C1 level)
