ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for an experienced and entrepreneurial Business Manager to lead our Home & Garden business (crop protection, fertilizers, and biocides) across Poland, Czechia, Slovakia & Ukraine

This is a strategic regional role with strong commercial ownership — driving growth in both B2C and B2B channels, building winning customer partnerships, and leading a high-performing sales team. If you’re passionate about developing markets, leading teams, and delivering results, this opportunity is for you.

WHAT YOUWILL DO

  • Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to drive profitable growth across CEE & Ukraine.
  • Expand business in existing and new markets, channels, and product categories.
  • Manage and grow partnerships with key retailers, distributors, and strategic customers.
  • Lead and develop a regional sales team in Poland, Czechia, Slovakia and Ukraine.
  • Define commercial policies, pricing, and trade investments in collaboration with Marketing.
  • Deliver revenue, margin, and market share targets through operational and financial excellence.
  • Ensure strong regional collaboration across Marketing, Supply Chain, and Regulatory functions.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • 5–7 years of experience in Sales or Business Management, ideally in Home & Garden, FMCG, or Agrochemical sectors.
  • Proven success in multi-country commercial leadership.
  • Experience managing both B2C and B2B channels.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Fluent in English (additional CEE languages are a plus).
  • Very good analytical skills and MS Office literacy.
  • Willingness to travel frequently across Poland and the region.
