What can we offer?

• B2B Contract or Temp Contract
• Work mode: Hybrid in Warsaw (3 days per week from office)
• Salary: Up to 110 PLN net+VAT/h (B2B) / Up to 13 500 PLN gross/month (Temp)

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience within Financial Services, with at least 2-4 years specifically in reporting and data processing areas, and ideally in investment funds, reconciliation, or fund accounting
• Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
• Advanced English in speaking and writing
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Highly organized, self-driven, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage high-volume, time-sensitive tasks and multitask effectively
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, coupled with a proactive approach to teamwork and independent work

Responsibilities:

• Client & Relationship Management: Support high-quality depositary monitoring, ensuring client compliance with regulatory rules, and fostering excellent relationships with clients and third-party administrators through professional communication and timely resolution of data inconsistencies. Coordinate new client/process onboarding.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Independently design, analyze, and write specifications for standard to moderately complex reports, including data content, format, source, and production processes. Maintain and update Static Data, identify reporting gaps, analyze comparative data, interpret results, and provide recommendations based on analysis and specialty area knowledge.
• Process Optimization & Risk Management: Initiate and execute technical improvements and process redesigns to achieve productivity efficiencies. Make recommendations for process improvements and operating efficiencies. Support Business Managers with ad hoc tasks. Appropriately assess risk in business decisions, ensuring compliance with laws, rules, and regulations, adhering to Policy, and escalating control issues transparently to safeguard the firms reputation and assets.
