YOUR TASKS

• Manage and resolve customer inquiries via phone and other channels of communication.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide accurate, timely solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient case resolution.
• Identify recurring issues and contribute to process improvements and knowledge base updates.
• Meet quality, productivity, and timeline targets while ensuring accuracy in completed tasks.
• Adhere to established policies, procedures, and compliance requirements to achieve a satisfactory audit rating.

YOUR PROFILE

• Strong communication & customer service skills.
• Finish on C1 level.
• Around 2 years of international contact centre experience.
• Able to handle team queries, answer escalations from client and maintain documentation.
• Good technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills, well versed with Excel and other MS Office tools.
