Responsibilities
- Offers technical advice and provides comment on enquiry specifications for customers/channels/Sales Engineers regarding ABB’s products/systems/applications.
- Provides technical support during technical meetings, product presentations, and negotiations.
- Performs analytics and diagnostic studies to determine the most suitable technical solution to meet the customer needs.
- Proposes the most suitable technical solutions for complex enquiries.
- Supports the manager in preparing and delivering the technical presentations and demonstrations on complex product issues, to both internal staff and customers.
- Provides/delivers product/solution/service-related training.
- Supports the manager in preparing and validating the technical articles to publish.
Requirements
- Electrical Engineering degree, Electrical Technician
- English – Fluent (spoken/written)
- More than 3 years relevant experience in technical support or solution engineering
- Branch experience in electrical building infrastructures / industrial automation / building automation
- Background knowledge in BMS, HVAC, KNX, security, energy management, emergency lighting solutions
