This role involves facilitating the transition from the build phase to the run phase of various projects within a global automotive company. The ideal candidate will leverage robust communication skills, be results‑driven, and demonstrate a rigorous and autonomous approach.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in collaborating with external companies such as integrators or Application Management Services (AMS), ensuring the delivery of quality services.

Main Responsibilities

• Oversee the transition of projects from the build phase to operational status.
• Coordinate with external service providers to ensure seamless execution of projects.
• Manage stakeholder communications throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct regular assessments of project outcomes and operational efficiency.
• Implement ITIL practices to enhance service delivery standards.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience in managing build and run projects, especially within IS and IT Operations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• ITIL certification is mandatory.
• Familiarity with the project lifecycle.
• Experience working with external integrators or AMS.
• Experience or knowledge in SAP is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with project management tools.
• Project management experience.
• Knowledge of process improvement methodologies.
• Managing contracts with external vendors.
• Fluency in French.
