To organize deliveries to our stores as effectively as possible, we currently have thirteen distribution centers in the Netherlands, France, Germany, Poland, and Slovakia.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise the quality and quantity of received goods,
- Maintain warehouse documentation and ensure compliance with procedures and standards,
- Manage and organize the work of the subordinate team (including task assignment, priority setting, task implementation supervision, and work organization according to OHS regulations),
- Propose and implement improvements in the subordinate area,
- Plan the working time of the subordinate team,
- Supervise and enforce safety rules in the warehouse,
- Report and analyze results.
Our Requirements:
- At least one year of experience in managing human resources (preferably in warehouse logistics or production),
- English language proficiency at least A2/B1,
- Experience working with WMS, MS Excel/Office, and SAP systems,
- Knowledge of warehouse documentation and processes,
- Ability to plan and supervise team work,
- Communication skills and ability to build team engagement,
- Willingness to work in a shift system.
