Job Description
As Brokerage Team Leader you will be responsible for managing a team of administrators. Starting from the recruitment process, through day‑to‑day management and training, audits and reporting, to coaching and developing people. You will monitor and support the team’s performance, help team members on their daily tasks, and provide feedback.
We Expect From Applicants
- Fluent English is required (written and spoken)
- Location in Łódź – flexibility to work from office in Łódź required
- Knowledge of Brokerage Process(s) will be an asset
- Day shift working hours availability (8:00 – 16:00 preferably)
- Ability to lead a team and process
- Stress resistance
- Ability to make decisions under time pressure
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Problem‑solving attitude
- Good MS Office skills: particularly in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- At least 6 months employment track at current position in UPS (for internal candidates only)
