We are supporting a leading international financial services organization in their search for a Brokerage Client Services Administrator to join their team in Warsaw. Their Warsaw office plays a strategic role in supporting both regional and global functions, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
The Brokerage Client Services Administrator will support the Client Services team in managing client billing, trade reconciliation, and brokerage collection activities across multiple products and regions. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining strong client relationships through timely communication, accurate reporting, and efficient resolution of billing or reconciliation issues. This role offers excellent exposure to internal teams across Front, Middle, and Back Office, and opportunities for professional development within a fast‑paced financial environment.
