Your Impact
We are an international engineering company providing services in the field of technical consulting, design, and investment project management. Our GDC Poland is made of skilled experts and professionals that support local and international projects from offices located in Krakow and Warsaw. They cover the following markets:
- Advanced Facilities
- Water & Environment
- Transportation

Your Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor less experienced staff.
- Use relevant Structural/Bridges design software.
- Develop networks with global technology leaders for Bridges.
- Ensure that quality control plans are followed, incorporating health and safety into design.
- Lead and deliver bridges design, project documentation including reports and contract documents for various design stages like feasibility studies, tender designs, detailed designs etc.
- Track project programs and delivery dates.
- Undertake technical reviews and checking.
- Liaise with contractors and clients, both external and internal.
- Assist others with bidding (technical).
- Deliver projects in English.

Here’s What You’ll Need
- Master in a relevant accredited engineering degree.
- Chartered Engineer of an appropriate professional body.
- Very good command of English.
- Experience of leading multi‑disciplinary projects.
- Relevant experience gained within a design office particularly in the field of Bridges design, analysis, assessment, inspection and reports.
- Good presentation skills.
- Personal skills well organized, team player but with an ability to work independently when required.
