About the Team
We are looking for a new colleague in our Brand Strategy & Governance Team. Key purpose is to develop and maintain a high-quality, coherent Brand Value Proposition aligned with the brand portfolio strategy, actively contributing to its evolution and strategic direction.
Responsibilities
- Brand Portfolio Strategy. Defines and guides the strategic direction and long-term evolution of ZF Aftermarket winning brand portfolio strategy and supports its global execution.
- Market‑Back and Customer insights. Collects and translates data into insights‑to‑action for brand portfolio decisions.
- Value Proposition. Develops and maintains Value Proposition for ZF Aftermarket Division and brands.
- Competitive Landscape Assessment. Oversees the global competitive tracking process across all brands.
- Cross‑functional Enablement & Adoption. Drives adoption of the strategy and Value Proposition across functions, Business Lines and Regions.
- Measurement & Performance. Monitors results and assesses performance to share synergies, leverage learnings and improve brand portfolio strategy and VP.
Qualifications
- University degree (minimum BA, preferably in Marketing) and minimum 7 years proven experience (including with agencies); automotive experience will be a plus.
- Highly skilled in developing & executing brand portfolio strategies.
- Ability to see the bigger picture with a forward‑looking approach.
- Demonstrated skill in creating USP and building strong Value Propositions.
- Customer‑centric attitude based on outside‑in perspective and strong knowledge of market & customers.
- Experience in cross‑functional project management, advanced stakeholder management skill and ability to inspire and influence.
- Strong in market‑back and customer insights generation as well as in creating strategic actionable recommendations.
- High level of English (written and verbal) & intercultural awareness.
