Are you looking to take your career to the next level? We are seeking a Brand Operations Specialist to join our Team.

Location: Warsaw

Work model: hybrid, 3 days from the office.

With us you will get the chance to:

• Coordinate e‑content projects as key point of contact for internal and external teams, ensuring timely and quality delivery (including translation for all local markets).
• Prepare materials related to product innovations and external sales, including mock‑ups, graphics, banners, customer events arrangements.
• Execute marketing plans: localization of assets, managing content on various touchpoints, assisting with influencer management.
• Organize team meetings and daily operations, handling logistics, calendars, mailing lists, providing support for presentations, storage room management.
• Provide administrative support for various ad‑hoc projects that drive business success (e.g. assist with pricing submission, order samples).
• Collaborate flawlessly with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver business objectives.

Job Qualifications

• Previous assistant or similar role experience in brand / marketing.
• Strong analytical skills, executional excellence, very good collaboration & proactive approach.
• High level of leadership & ownership to drive independently projects and tasks.
• Proficient English & Polish, spoken & written.
• Good analytical skills and experience in working with the office systems/ applications i.e. Excel, Power BI (nice to have).
• A desire to develop and work within commercial structures of multinational company.
