About the Role

Global Brand Manager based in Krakow, Poland. The role focuses on developing and executing global brand strategies, managing brand positioning, and driving multichannel marketing plans across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement global brand strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Develop and deliver Global Brand Programs.
  • Manage brand positioning, messaging, and tone across all channels.
  • Oversee creative development for campaign key visuals.
  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with regional teams to ensure brand consistency and local relevance.
  • Monitor brand performance metrics and provide ROI analysis.
  • Manage relationships with agencies and internal stakeholders for global initiatives.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in brand campaign management, preferably B2B.
  • Strong understanding of building/ managing brand and value proposition.
  • Experience working with internal and external agency partners, managing relations, execution, and budgets.
  • Proven experience in managing digital, multichannel campaigns and awareness of latest digital trends.
  • Experience in campaign localisation to multiple markets.
  • Experience working successfully in multi‑cultural organisations worldwide.
  • Very good level of Business English; additional Eastern European or German language considered an advantage.
