About the Job

As a Brand Marketing Coordinator you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of one of our brands. You will drive brand growth through bold ideas, data‑driven strategies, and consumer‑centric thinking. Working cross‑functionally with medical, digital, commercial, and regional teams, you will ensure your brand leads in market share and consumer trust. You will thrive in a collaborative, agile, and forward‑thinking environment where creativity meets executional excellence.

Main Responsibilities

  • Identify profitable and relevant brand growth opportunities and allocate budgets accordingly.
  • Sign off on ATL and BTL investments for the brand.
  • Evaluate and ensure implementation of strategic growth plans to achieve above‑market growth and profitability objectives.
  • Drive brand analytics, market and competition understanding, and integrated planning processes.
  • Execute key initiatives that drive brand growth and high ROI activations.
  • Challenge and endorse KPIs proposed by the Performance Analytics Team to track performance and ROI.
  • Bring and analyse recommendations to fine‑tune plans for maximising profitability and accelerating market share gains.

About You

  • University degree in business or scientific background.
  • Proven experience in marketing with strong executional excellence and leadership skills. Position also suitable for recent graduates (1‑2 y experience in marketing internship).
  • Strategic, integrative, and analytical thinker with creativity and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Autonomous and able to balance long‑term priorities with short‑term needs.
  • Highly collaborative team player with strong influence and communication skills.
  • Flexible and adaptable to a constantly changing business environment.
  • Digitally savvy.
  • Polish native speaker.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Scientific background with marketing/business studies is a plus.
