What youll do

• Drive brand performance by achieving key KPIs such as Net Sales, Market Shares, and profitability growth.
• Position brands and products in line with the company’s strategic objectives.
• Manage the product portfolio comprehensively, including launches, relaunches, and lifecycle planning.
• Develop, recommend, and execute marketing support plans with a strong emphasis on digital initiatives.
• Identify growth opportunities and recommend innovative solutions to enhance brand performance.
• Oversee P&L management, including responsibility for the marketing budget.
• Foster effective collaboration with cross-functional teams within the company.
• Work closely with ATL and BTL agencies, research firms, and other external partners to create and implement impactful advertising campaigns.
• Monitor market trends and analyze data to drive strategic decisions.
• Manage resources needed and ensure timely local execution of initiatives.
• Lead local Insight generation actions and programs.
