What you will do:

• Lead and manage brand transition/transformation processes, particularly in integrating multiple brands.
• Design and execute brand communication strategies for seamless brand transformation.
• Work very closely with other brand managers, creative directors, creative teams to develop strategies and use the right media to communicate them.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute brand-related projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
• Monitor project progress and adjust strategies as needed.
• Oversee work of creative teams to maintain brand consistency and adherence to guidelines.
• Facilitate effective communication with external partners and suppliers involved in branding projects.
• Oversee the management of the brand portal, ensuring all assets are up-to-date and accessible.
• Identify potential branding issues and proactively develop solutions.
• Manage the budget.
• Report on the progress of the projects.
• Pitch fresh and innovative ideas.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that all challenges are addressed efficiently and effectively.

We look forward to working together if:

• Proven experience in brand management, particularly in brand transition and integration.
• 4+ years of experience in managing complex projects (marketing campaigns, branding projects etc.)/ OR Strong project management skills with a focus on brand-related initiatives.
• Experience in managing brand portals and ensuring compliance with branding guidelines.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience of working with corporate and international clients.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
• Fluency in English (C1 minimum)
