About The Job
As Brand Manager you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of a leading global brand. You will drive brand growth through bold ideas, data‑driven strategies, and consumer‑centric thinking. Working cross‑functionally with medical, digital, commercial, and regional teams, you will ensure your brand leads in both market share and consumer trust. You will thrive in a collaborative, agile, and forward‑thinking environment where creativity meets executional excellence.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership for the brand, managing resources and guiding brand strategies and tactics.
- Identify and prioritize growth opportunities, allocating budgets to maximize brand impact and profitability.
- Approve and oversee brand investments in both above‑the‑line (ATL) and below‑the‑line (BTL) activities.
- Lead the development and implementation of strategic growth plans to achieve ambitious sales and profitability targets.
- Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape to inform brand strategy and planning.
- Execute key initiatives and high‑ROI activations that drive brand growth and engagement.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the brand team.
About You
- Experience in brand management, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies in Consumer Healthcare or FMCG environments.
- Strong analytical, strategic, and creative problem‑solving skills.
- Demonstrated leadership and ability to drive cross‑functional collaboration.
- Comfortable balancing long‑term strategic vision with short‑term business needs.
- Fluent in English and Polish.
- University degree in business, marketing, or a scientific field.
