Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming inquiries, including preparing offers, drafting contracts, managing execution, and regular follow-up
  • Negotiate events and marketing campaigns with various companies through Westfield Rise
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term business relationships with clients, promotional partners, and specialist agencies
  • Monitor leads, observe current client campaigns, and track competitor activities
  • Collaborate with relevant departments (e.g., Marketing, Shopping Center Management, Investment) to maximize revenue potential and enhance the customer experience
  • Work closely with the Outbound Sales Team to generate new brand and agency contacts
  • Ensure a well-maintained contact database and accurate, up-to-date reporting on all deals and negotiations
  • Cooperate with Retail/Experiential teams in Central Europe, the UK, and across Europe to identify new and profitable opportunities for Polish centers
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients – from the initial inquiry to final on-site implementation
  • Promote cross-selling of 360° campaigns (Experiential, Media – both digital and non-digital, Data)

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a sales, agency, or client-facing environment (approximately 3–5 years)
  • Strong sales personality with experience in selling and solid market understanding
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to manage the entire sales process
  • Ability to successfully build networks and maintain client relationships
  • Strong analytical skills as well as problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Team player with close collaboration within the team and other departments
  • Fluent in Polish and English
  • Ability to effectively organize and prioritize work tasks
