Responsibilities


  • Develop and implement creative strategies that support the company’s business objectives.

  • Lead and mentor the creative team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

  • Ensure the creation of premium, brand-consistent materials across multiple channels – including business presentations, digital assets, campaigns, and client touchpoints.

  • Oversee brand standards and ensure coherence across internal and external communications.

  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and business units on both strategic and operational levels.

  • Monitor creative performance, adopt innovative solutions (including AI-supported tools), and drive excellence in branding and design workflows.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in a managerial role within branding, marketing, or creative leadership.
  • Proven success in delivering complex, high-impact communication projects.
  • Strong understanding of branding, communications, and project management best practices.
  • Ability to effectively plan and manage budgets, timelines, and project execution.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Word), along with advanced knowledge of digital and design technologies.
  • Fluent English, both spoken and written (working language in daily use).
  • Experience working in global structures, preferably in service, consulting, or business process environments.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with experience working with senior-level stakeholders.
  • Degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, or a related field.
