This pivotal role will be responsible for amplifying our brand’s identity, voice, and presence in the pop culture space, ensuring that our campaigns and narratives resonate with fans worldwide.
Your responsibilities
- Working closely with the Brand & Communications Director in developing and executing short and long-term brand strategies aligned with company goals.
- Collaborating with Partnership, Social Media, and Creative teams to create initiatives that resonate with our audience.
- Overseeing brand campaigns, product launches and cross-brand collaborations from concept to execution. Contributing to Campaign Calendar planning and execution.
- Tracking campaigns KPIs and reporting regularly on brand health and growth. Conducting post-mortem analysis to drive improvements.
- Crafting core brand communications, managing PR agencies and media freelancers.
- Acting as the brand guardian, ensuring consistency across all channels and materials. Onboarding new team members to our brand values and guidelines.
- Managing timelines, budgets, and resources for seamless delivery of brand projects.
- 5+ years of experience in campaign management and/or brand marketing.
- Proven track record of ideating, executing, and analyzing complex campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, events, offline etc.).
- Ability to set KPIs, track results across platforms using tools such as Google Analytics, Brand24 and prepare detailed reports with data-driven recommendations for improving performance.
- Experience in negotiating and managing collaborations with external partners and stakeholders.
- Work experience and/or personal interest in the pop culture, gaming, anime and entertainment industry is a BIG plus. You will be responsible for picking up the industry’s top trends and cultural moments that can leverage Displate’s growth.
- Big-picture thinker who aligns daily tasks with long-term brand goals, while keeping an eye on detail to ensure brand consistency.
- Adaptable to pivot strategies based on trends, performance, or new opportunities.
- Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships with stakeholders, partners, and teams.
- Full fluency in written and spoken English. You will work with an international team and partners so you need to feel comfortable communicating in English.
