What youll do:

As a Brand Activation Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty. This role requires a creative thinker with a strong understanding of consumer behavior, marketing trends, and brand positioning. If you have great communication and negotiation skills, are always up to date with the latest trends, and can unite your strategic point of view with a consumer‑first approach, join us! In detail, you will:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand activation plans to support the overall marketing and business objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams including marketing (incl. central media team, content team, product experience team), sales, product development, and external agencies to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all channels.
  • Lead the development of creative campaigns, promotions, and events that effectively communicate the brand message and drive consumer engagement.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer insights, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform brand strategies.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively to deliver brand activation initiatives on time and within budget.
  • Track and measure the performance of brand activation campaigns, analyze results, and provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and influencers to amplify brand presence and reach.
  • Stay abreast of industry developments, emerging technologies, and best practices in brand activation and experiential marketing.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or related roles, with a proven track record of successfully executing brand activation campaigns.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and building meaningful connections with consumers.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Experience working with agencies, vendors, and external partners.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Advanced English – necessary condition.

Where youll be:

You will be based at the Warsaw office, the centre of Electrolux Sales and Marketing operations in Poland and the workplace of collaborators who are driven by the creation of value along the steps of the Consumer Journey.
