Brand Activation Manager – Electrolux Group

What youll do: As a Brand Activation Manager you will develop and execute innovative strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement and loyalty. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, lead creative campaigns, conduct market research, manage budgets, and measure performance to continuously improve results.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand activation plans to support overall marketing and business objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams including marketing (central media, content, product experience) and external agencies to ensure brand consistency across all channels.
  • Lead the development of creative campaigns, promotions and events that effectively communicate the brand message and drive consumer engagement.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer insights, market trends and competitive landscape to inform brand strategies.
  • Manage budgets, timelines and resources to deliver brand activation initiatives on time and within budget.
  • Track and measure the performance of brand activation campaigns, analyse results and provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners and influencers to amplify brand presence and reach.
  • Stay abreast of industry developments, emerging technologies and best practices in brand activation and experiential marketing.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in brand management, marketing or related roles, with a proven track record of successfully executing brand activation campaigns.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and building meaningful connections with consumers.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Experience working with agencies, vendors and external partners.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Advanced English – necessary condition.

Where youll be

You will be based at the Warsaw office, the centre of Electrolux Sales and Marketing operations in Poland.
