About the Role

As Branch Manager, you will have full responsibility for the growth, performance, and development of Prime Group’s Warsaw office. This is a senior, entrepreneurial role combining business development, leadership, and operational ownership.

You will act as the local face of Prime Group in Poland—driving new client acquisition, developing strategic accounts, building and leading high-performing sales teams, and ensuring operational excellence across IT and Engineering services in consulting and outsourcing. Working closely with the Country Manager and growing your own team, you will play a critical role in shaping Prime Group’s long-term presence in the Polish market.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Market Growth

  • Own and drive commercial growth of the Warsaw branch across IT and Engineering services.
  • Identify, approach, and develop new client partnerships in Poland, with a strong focus on long-term, high-value accounts.
  • Lead complex sales cycles, including proposal development, pricing strategy, negotiations, and contract closure.
  • Establish trusted, senior-level relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by aligning delivery teams with client expectations and business goals.
  • Act as an escalation point for strategic clients and critical projects.

Team & People Management

  • Build, lead, and develop a local team of Business Managers, recruiters, and consultants.
  • Coach and mentor Business Managers, supporting their commercial performance and career progression.
  • Foster a high-performance, accountable, and collaborative team culture within the branch.

Operational & Strategic Ownership

  • Take full responsibility for Warsaw performance, including revenue growth, profitability, and operational efficiency.
  • Work closely with the Country Manager to define local strategy, targets, and expansion plans.
  • Ensure alignment with Prime Group’s processes, standards, and values while adapting to the local market.

What We’re Looking For

  • 4–5 years of experience in business management, sales, or account leadership within IT, engineering, consulting, or outsourcing services.
  • Proven track record of building and growing business units or client portfolios.
  • Strong leadership experience, including team management and mentoring.
  • Solid understanding of the Polish IT and Engineering market.
  • Fluency in Polish; professional-level English is required.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership, decision-making, and execution capabilities.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid model and be client-facing (3–4 days per week from the Warsaw office).
