Currently, for our client in the industrial services sector, we are seeking a candidate for the position of Branch Manager/Director (Ukrainian Region).
Responsibilities:
Actively acquiring clients in the energy, infrastructure, industrial, and reconstruction project sectors;
Building relationships with network operators, local authorities, private investors, and international institutions;
Conducting commercial talks and negotiations;
Preparing offers in cooperation with the company’s headquarters in Poland;
Representing the company in the Ukrainian market;
Coordinating projects delivered with the involvement of teams from Poland;
Organizing and developing operational activities, including implementing technological and quality standards, as well as recruiting local technical teams;
Responsibility for the budget, operational costs, and financial results;
Ensuring compliance of operations with Ukrainian law;
Reporting directly to the Management Board in Poland.
Requirements:
Experience in B2B sales, business development, or key account management;
Ability to build long-term business relationships and conduct negotiations;
Strong leadership skills and high level of independence;
Ability to build structures and implement processes from scratch;
Strong business mindset and results-oriented approach;
Willingness to travel frequently within Ukraine;
Fluent Ukrainian language skills;
Communicative knowledge of Polish or English.
Nice to Have:
Experience in the energy, infrastructure, industrial, or technical sectors;
Experience in managing service, energy, maintenance, or renovation projects;
Ability to organize and manage the work of technical field teams.
