We are looking for a Branch Manager to lead and expand our Poland branch, overseeing all freight forwarding operations and driving business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage branch operations with a primary focus on road freight, followed by airfreight (and ocean freight as required).
- Drive business growth through new client acquisition and long‑term customer retention.
- Negotiate contracts and maintain strong, lasting client relationships.
- Ensure operational efficiency, service quality, and compliance with company standards and regulations.
- Oversee P&L, budgeting, and cost control to ensure branch profitability.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in freight forwarding/logistics, with solid exposure to road and air freight (ocean freight experience is an advantage).
- Proven expertise in operations management, sales/business development, and P&L responsibility.
- Strong ability in business development, sales forecasting, and contract negotiation.
- Excellent leadership, management abilities, and client relationship skills.
- Fluency in Polish and English (Russian is a plus).
