Key Responsibilities
- Direct sales of devices, systems, and services from the company’s portfolio
- Preparation of commercial offers, conducting negotiations, concluding contracts, and overseeing contract execution
Sales Strategy Development & Execution
- Design and implementation of long-term sales strategies for the Warsaw branch
- Responsibility for achieving revenue targets and driving sustainable business growth
Business Development & Key Account Management
- Acquisition of new clients and expansion of relationships with key customers
- Identification of new business opportunities and ensuring high customer satisfaction through tailored solutions and ongoing collaboration
Market & Competitive Analysis
- Monitoring market trends, identifying growth opportunities, and analyzing competitor activities
- Managing, developing, and motivating the sales team (2 Key Account Specialists)
- Monitoring performance and ensuring achievement of sales objectives
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Close cooperation with other internal departments to support sales strategy execution and strengthen brand visibility
Reporting & Performance Management
- Monthly reporting of sales results to the Sales Director
- Sales forecasting and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs)
Deputy Responsibilities
- Acting as a substitute for the Sales Director during absences, providing strategic and decision-making support to regional branches
Business Travel
Requirements
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in sales, including at least 5 years in a managerial role
- Experience in the technology, measurement, engineering, or related industries
- Proven ability to develop and implement sales strategies and manage sales teams
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Strong results-driven mindset and focus on achieving business objectives
- Knowledge of the local market; experience working with housing cooperatives and residential communities is an advantage
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven business decisions
