Position: BPO Recruiter
Location: Krakow or Warsaw, Poland (Hybrid)

Responsibilities
- Be a brand ambassador, ensuring a great candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Lead inclusive, high-volume recruitment efforts, with a target of 10 hires per month
- Collaborate with the marketing team to attract top candidates for multilingual and sales-focused roles
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding, in a hybrid environment (3-4 days in the office)
- Stay on top of hiring goals and key metrics to drive recruitment success
Requirements
- Fluency in both Polish and English
- Experience in BPO or high-volume recruitment for language-focused roles is a must
- Strong interviewing and candidate management skills
- Tech-savvy, with experience in ATS and CRM systems
