The Role

BPO Business Development Manager – Polish & English Speaker

Hybrid – Warsaw, Poland

Job Description

As a BDM, you will be responsible for proposing the BPO services to prospect Clients and more.

Detailed Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Engage with marketing to drive lead generation.
  2. Develop relationships with potential clients through presentations, business networking, telephone calls, emails, business forums, and other business/social networking platforms.
  3. You will use your network to connect with potential clients and propose the company’s services.
  4. Your responsibility starts from lead generation to negotiation through to transition planning and final contract signature.
  5. You will lead cross-functional meetings to review information received from operational support functions and partners vs the client’s requirements to prepare the perfect fit model to propose to the client.
  6. Develop and implement strategic account visions and strategies for target accounts.

Ideal Profile

Targeted Qualifications

  1. Native Polish Language.
  2. Fluency in English Language, C1/C2 level or Higher.
  3. Polish Market Sales Previous Experience – is a must.
  4. Min 3+ years of BPO Sales experience.
  5. CEE Market Previous Experience.
  6. Bachelor’s degree is a Must.
  7. Previous experience in Software sales/SaaS/ Tech Sales – will be a plus.
  8. Proven track record of outstanding performance and achieving goals.
  9. Success record – multi-million contracts for both new business and existing projects.
  10. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  11. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
