The Role

BPO Business Development Manager – Polish & English Speaker

** This Job Opportunity is only offered for candidates living and eligible to work in Poland.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Engage with marketing to drive lead generation.
  • Develop relationships with potential clients through presentations, business networking, telephone calls, emails, business forums, and other business/social networking platforms.
  • Use your network to connect with potential clients and propose the company’s services.
  • Responsible for lead generation to negotiation through to transition planning and final contract signature.
  • Lead cross-functional meetings to review information received from operational support functions and partners vs the client’s requirements to prepare the perfect fit model to propose to the client.
  • Develop and implement strategic account visions and strategies for target accounts.

Ideal Profile

Targeted Qualifications:

  • Native Polish Language.
  • Fluency in English Language, C1/C2 level or Higher.
  • Polish Market Sales Previous Experience – is a must.
  • Min 3+ years of BPO Sales experience.
  • CEE Market Previous Experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree is a Must.
  • Previous experience in Software sales/SaaS/ Tech Sales – will be a plus
  • Proven track record of outstanding performance and achieving goals.
  • Success record – multi-million contracts for both new business and existing projects.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
