The Job
As a BDM, you will be responsible for proposing the BPO services to prospect Clients and more.
Detailed Duties and Responsibilities
- Engage with marketing to drive lead generation.
- Develop relationships with potential clients through presentations, business networking, telephone calls, emails, business forums, and other business/social networking platforms.
- You will use your network to connect with potential clients and propose the company’s services.
- Your responsibility starts from lead generation to negotiation through to transition planning and final contract signature.
- You will lead cross-functional meetings to review information received from operational support functions and partners vs the client’s requirements to prepare the perfect fit model to propose to the client.
- Develop and implement strategic account visions and strategies for target accounts.
The Profile
Targeted Qualifications
- Native Polish Language.
- Fluency in English Language, C1/C2 level or Higher.
- Polish Market Sales Previous Experience – is a must.
- Min 3+ years of BPO Sales experience.
- CEE Market Previous Experience.
- Bachelor’s degree is a Must.
- Previous experience in Software sales/SaaS/ Tech Sales – will be a plus.
- Proven track record of outstanding performance and achieving goals.
- Success record – multi-million contracts for both new business and existing projects.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Salary: 14000 PLN – 16000 PLN Gross Monthly Salary OTE (Basic salary + Achievement Bonus) “Depending on previous experience and achievements.”
Work Arrangement: Hybrid – Warsaw, Poland. Monday to Friday. Employment contract. Medical Insurance. Sports Card.
