As an BPMS Configuration Specialist, you will be working for our client, a leading leasing and finance company in Poland. You will play a vital role in designing, optimizing, and configuring business processes on the BPMS platform (UniFlow), as well as implementing print coding solutions using XSLT and XML. This position offers a fantastic chance to drive digital transformation, improve business efficiencies, and directly impact innovative automation initiatives.
responsibilities :
Design and configure business processes on the BPMS platform (UniFlow)
Develop and maintain print templates using XSLT and XML
Optimize and automate existing workflows to increase efficiency
Collaborate with analysts and developers to implement process improvements
Create and maintain technical documentation for process configurations
Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Test and validate process implementations to ensure SDLC compliance
Support end-users and troubleshoot process-related issues
Work closely with cross-functional teams to meet project objectives
Continuously seek innovative solutions for process enhancement
requirements-expected :
At least 3 years of experience in a similar position
Knowledge of at least one programming language
Practical experience with BPMS platforms such as Ferryt, Camunda, Uniflow or similar
Strong understanding of BPMN and UML notations
Hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, XML, XSLT, and SQL
Analytical and logical thinking skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Proficiency in English
Polish (Communicative level)
