We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced BP&A Non‑Business Unit (NBU) Partner to join our BP&A team. This role is pivotal in implementing BP&A practices within the Non‑Business team, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial data, and partnering with various stakeholders to optimize financial performance and strategic decision‑making.

Responsibilities

  • Implement FP&A Practices: Develop and execute FP&A best practices within the team, focusing on simplification and standardization.
  • Financial Reporting: Oversee the NBU P&L’s & reports, preparation of financial packages (e.g. country packs), ad hoc reports etc.
  • Collaboration with Analysts: Work closely with BP&A NBU SGA Analysts on respective expense areas.
  • Data Accuracy: Ensure the completeness and accuracy of data provided to stakeholders.
  • P&L Monitoring: Support the country Controller in monitoring P&L performance.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with NBU Function leaders, Country Controllers, SGA Analysts and local organizations regarding P&L performance.
  • Financial Partnering: Partner with country controllers and budget owners in preparing and validating financials as well as driving value through close collaboration.
  • Strategic Meetings: Conduct calls and meetings with stakeholders during Budget and Projection preparation, ensuring target alignment. Provide advice on action plans and track progress.
  • Monthly Financial Reviews: Engage in calls and meetings with country controllers for month‑end close (MEC) purposes.
  • Risk & Opportunities Management: Identify and manage function‑, country‑, and hub‑specific risks and opportunities.
  • Cross‑Finance Projects: Contribute to NBU and country‑specific cross‑finance projects, evaluating P&L and ROI of initiatives such as business partnerships and business development (e.g. M&A).
  • Country Guidance: Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for country‑specific financial matters, providing guidance to Business Units.

Preferred Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience in Business Planning & Analysis (BP&A), including financial forecasting, budgeting, performance tracking, and strategic decision support.

Salary Range Information

Salary or hourly rate ranges have been implemented to reward associates fairly and competitively, as well as to support recognition of associates’ progress, ranging from entry level to experts in their field, and talent mobility.
