Job Description Summary The BP&A BU Analyst supports the Business Planning & Analysis (BP&A) function by delivering high-quality reporting, dashboards, and performance insights. This role involves close collaboration with Business controller, BP&A Business partner, business stakeholders across countries in EMEA, data management in financial systems, and participation in team initiatives such as onboarding, standardization, and automation. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Power BI/BPC are essential.

BP&A Business Analyst EMEA

Team Management

• Training / Onboarding for new team members, peers
• Buddy/SME function for new joiners
• Back up / Standardization / Automation & Knowledge sharing projects leading or participation

Business Responsibility

• Prepare standard / recurring & ad hoc reporting, create new reports according to the needs of the BU
• Produce and highlight trends in data & performance analysis (PowerBi – Advanced Analytics)
• Responsible for all Data input in FSM (ONCA, Inventory, Adjustments, …)
• Participate to Performance Comments consolidation (full P&L)

Stakeholders

• BP&A BU Partner
• BU Controller
• BP&A Segment leader
• Other Business stakeholders (ComOps, …) for reports or technical (system) aspect
