BP&A BDI Business Partner

Join to apply for the BP&A BDI Business Partner role at BD (Tissuemed Ltd). We are currently hiring for an exciting opportunity across MENAT, France, Italy/Greece, UKI, and Benelux.

This is a hybrid position based in Poland.

Main Responsibilities

• Perform budgeting and forecasting activities.
• P&L contact for the BDI (Interventional) Segment in different countries.
• Support BDI EMEA BU Controllers (3 BUs).
• Support CBLs to drive their P&L in the different countries.
• Support the BP&A BU BDI Manager on different requests from VP Finance & BP&A Director.
• Prepare the P&L Budget, Projection, ASR (annual strategic review) and closing review for the different countries in the scope, with the support from Genpact (cost centers).
• Identify process improvement.
• Provide relevant data and analysis to support business decisions.
• Provide relevant monthly performance comments for the actual & planning for each P&L lines of the countries and Businesses (24 P&Ls).
• Ensure systems and tools contain accurate information.
• Support to identify reporting needs, process improvement and continuous improvement opportunities.
• Enhance the standardization.
• Work proactively with the other team members to understand different reporting needs.
• Be part of BP&A projects (Power BI, Pricing, sales, and GP report, etc.).

About You

• Master’s degree in finance or controlling.
• Extensive experience in Controlling/Finance.
• To be recognized for your proactivity and reactivity as well as for your interpersonal skills.
• Be proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to present financial information clearly to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• BPC, Power BI knowledge would be an advantage.

Salary Range: zł191,100.00 - zł291,450.00 PLN Annual
