Bouquet Production Specialist Address: Honselersdijk, Netherlands
Oure client is a fast-growing company specializing in wholesale and online sales of flowers and plants. They import fresh flowers (including from Colombia) and are located near the famous Royal FloraHolland flower auction. The company works mainly with international clients in the floral and gardening industry. Your daily tasks will include:
-Assembling fresh flowers on a production line (machine-made bouquets)
-Creating beautiful bouquets by hand
-Wrapping and packaging finished bouquets
-Quality control and ensuring each bouquet looks perfect
-Simple support tasks in the production area Working hours:
38–45 hours per week
Monday to Friday (sometimes Saturday)
Shifts from 08:00 to 14:00–16:00 (occasionally until 18:00 depending on orders)
3 breaks: 15 min / 30 min / 15 min Salary: €14.71 gross per hour Paid weekly Overtime bonuses:
Over 40 hours/week – 126%
Over 10 hours/day – 126%
Saturday (6th working day) – 150%
Sundays & public holidays – 200% Accommodation: €150 per week (paid in advance to bank account)

Ability to ride a bicycle is required
Rain jacket and waterproof shoes are recommended Requirements:
Experience in production or floristry is a plus
English or Dutch level B1
