ENDEGO is a cross-industry provider of comprehensive high-class engineering solutions for automotive, railway, maritime and aerospace industries. For our Client, an international automotive company, we are currently looking for a Series Supplier Quality Engineer.
Responsibilities

• Plan, perform, and evaluate supplier audits (VDA 6.3 / TPAC)
• Act as interface from SQI to SCI for specific clusters
• Handle quality issues during project phases, coordinating corrective actions with suppliers, including on-site visits when necessary
• Plan, evaluate, and provide feedback on corrective actions to company plants
• Execute supply chain audits per global audit plans
• Lead root cause analysis and follow-up (8D, clean point) for escalated supplier quality issues
• Support PSQ team as needed (AQP, , PPAP, audits, etc.)
• Maintain auditor qualifications and coordinate technical training
• Manage construction deviations with project teams and coordinate international tasks with IPO, NA
• Attend or lead SCM meetings as needed and coordinate with international project teams
  

• Degree in mechanical, automotive, or precision engineering, or similar field; additional training in automotive/mechanical engineering is a plus
• Experience in automotive industry, especially in series quality and supplier audits
• Familiarity with customer-specific standards (Mercedes Benz, BMW, VW Group, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of automotive core tools
• VDA 6.3 process auditor certification
• Six Sigma or Red X training preferred
• Auditor training (ISO9001 / IATF16949) beneficial
• Language skills: Polish, English, German
• Strong communication, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills, with a confident presence in supplier and management interactions
