For our client, one of Danish engineer house, we realize a recruitment process for Bonding Tooling Engineer role.

Please note it is 100% onsite work in the factory in Goleniów, West Pomeranian region, Poland.

The Client expects to cooperate with 2 new joiners. First position is for Specialist role and the second position is for Bonding Trainer.

Responsibilities for Bonding Tooling Engineer:

• Working on bonding processes at the Clients manufactury in the field of wind industry mainly connected to wind turbine blades production 
• Managing supplier data 
• Managing CAPEX budget 

Responsibilities for Bonding Training Professional:

• Creating and delivering large-scale technical training for shop floor teams 
• Design, optimising and standardizing training materials 
• Supporting the stability and development of production processes 

• Higher education level in the field of Mechanical Engineering and similar engineering fields 
• At least 4 years of experience in the bonding engineering area 
• Hands-on experience with designing solutions to improve the production processes 
• In case of Training Professional role the Client requires to have hands-on experience with providing trainings for the teams 
• Fluency in English both written and spoken is required - international environment on daily basis
