Seeking a BMS Site Coordinator / Construction Manager to lead the delivery, installation, and commissioning of Building Management Systems (BMS) at a large industrial site in Nysa. You’ll ensure seamless integration of HVAC, energy, and environmental control systems, maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and performance.
What You’ll Do:
- Coordinate and supervise BMS installation, commissioning, and integration.
- Manage subcontractors and site resources to deliver projects on time and safely.
- Ensure compliance with HSE, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Support integration between BMS, Fire, HVAC, and Security systems.
- Conduct site inspections, track snags, and manage punch lists.
- Facilitate design coordination and resolve technical queries.
- Oversee testing, commissioning, and system validation.
- Maintain as-built documentation, schedules, and progress reports.
What You’ll Need:
- Experience coordinating BMS or low‑voltage automation installations on large industrial projects.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, controls, and instrumentation systems.
- Ability to manage subcontractors and multi‑system integrations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project scheduling and progress tracking tools (MS Project, Excel, AutoCAD).
- Intermediate to fluent English and Polish.
- Proactive, solution‑oriented, and strong ownership of site delivery.
Nice to Have:
- Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Automation Engineering.
- Experience with Honeywell EBI, Trend, or Tridium/Niagara systems.
- Familiarity with other building automation platforms (Siemens, Schneider).
- Understanding of GMP, ISO, or industrial manufacturing environments.
