• Supporting the Issues related to BMC applications e.g dwp, Smart IT, dwpc ,Dashboard, RSSO , Midtier
• Support Issues related to the BMC Remedy ITSM modules INC, CHG, PBM, RLM, WO, CI
• Configure the Foundation data and setup the above ITSM modules, Approval Processes, SLA, SLM
• Configure /create the Service Requests using the native SRM or the Digital Workplace Catalog advanced
• Supporting Helix Upgrade, troubleshooting issues for upgrades, installation, integration

• 5 years of experience in similar position
• Familiarity with navigating the BMC Helix ITSM platform
• Understanding of incident and problem management processes within BMC Helix ITSM1
• Skills in managing configuration items (CIs) and assets
• Knowledge of change management processes and how to implement them in BMC Helix ITSM
• Knowledge of techniques for managing service levels and ensuring compliance with SLAs
• Ability to customize BMC Helix ITSM to meet specific organizational needs
• Knowledge of Rancher, jenkin, Kubernetes, docker, Innovation Studio, Business Workflows would be a plus
