Your responsibilities

Supporting the Issues related to BMC applications e.g dwp, Smart IT, dwpc ,Dashboard, RSSO , Midtier
Support Issues related to the BMC Remedy ITSM modules INC, CHG, PBM, RLM, WO, CI
Configure the Foundation data and setup the above ITSM modules, Approval Processes, SLA, SLM
Configure /create the Service Requests using the native SRM or the Digital Workplace Catalog advanced
Supporting Helix Upgrade, troubleshooting issues for upgrades, installation, integration

Our requirements

5 years of experience in similar position
Familiarity with navigating the BMC Helix ITSM platform
Understanding of incident and problem management processes within BMC Helix ITSM1
Skills in managing configuration items (CIs) and assets
Knowledge of change management processes and how to implement them in BMC Helix ITSM
Knowledge of techniques for managing service levels and ensuring compliance with SLAs
Ability to customize BMC Helix ITSM to meet specific organizational needs
Knowledge of Rancher, jenkin, Kubernetes, docker, Innovation Studio, Business Workflows would be a plus
