About the project
We’re looking for a Tech Lead Blockchain Developer to join our team and lead the development of an innovative project that integrates cryptocurrency payment gateways and smart contracts within a gaming environment. In this role, you’ll oversee blockchain implementation, lead a team of engineers, and ensure the delivery of robust, secure, and efficient solutions that enhance the overall gaming experience.

Your responsibilities
- Blockchain integration: Oversee the seamless integration of blockchain technology into casino game mechanics
- Token functionality: Develop and implement token-related features, including in-game transfers and deposits
- Team coordination: Lead and manage an 8-member development team, collaborating closely with lead architects to ensure project success
- Smart contracts: Design, define, and implement smart contracts and process automation strategies
Our requirements
- Proven experience in Solidity and smart contract development
- Strong understanding of Web3 technologies and the Ethereum network
- Full-stack proficiency in JavaScript, ReactJS, and Node.js
- Experience leading and coordinating blockchain development teams
- Familiarity with token payment systems and process automation via smart contracts
- Ability to collaborate effectively with designers and full-stack developers in a cross-functional setup
