For our Partner, we are looking for a person who combines knowledge and expertise in Blockchain and Finance Services with technological experience in AI. This person will support digital currency operations in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

• Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on Blockchain projects.
  • Lead projects, develop, and implement a comprehensive strategy & roadmap.
  • Contribute to AI projects together with key stakeholders and AI project managers.
  • Perform analysis & presentations on AI use cases.
  • Take part in the Blockchain Steering Committee with all stakeholders.
  • Perform quarterly market reviews, identify trends, and propose new initiatives or ad-hoc reviews or analysis.
  • Collect Tech KPIs on a quarterly basis to monitor the Tech roadmap.
  • Contribute to innovative projects in collaboration with the Head of Innovation.
  • Participate in ad-hoc forums or external events.
• Requirements:
  • High technical skills related to the understanding of AI & Blockchain functionalities.
  • Understanding of the financial sector (esp. CIB, Settlements, Big4, Operational Chains, Regulations).
  • 5+ years of experience in Project Management in the finance sector (at least 3 years in Blockchain).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • Decision-making, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Curiosity and resilience.
  • Proactivity, transparency, and accountability for identifying and managing risks.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to structure data and presentations.
  • Financial educational background is a plus.
