• Blackline

• Monitor system incidents and ensure timely follow-ups
• Manage user access: new user creation, profile updates, workflow assignments
• Maintain and update Blackline documentation and user instructions
• Coordinate system configurations: calendar, thresholds, and deadlines
• Manage and maintain API connections (yearly activity)
• Create, edit, and distribute custom Blackline reports
• Blackline Period Updates (ensure accurate and timely period close configurations)
• Perform Balance Sheet Account Reconciliation (BSAR) checks
• Collaboration with Key Users (Local Admins)
• Collaboration with finance community (e.g., technical support in automation (VBA))

• We are looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and tech-savvy team member with a solid understanding of Blackline and Record to Report processes
• Strong system and process thinking
• Ability to create macros
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global setup
• Previous experience in system support or finance operations (Blackline experience is a strong plus)
• Fluency in English (mandatory)
