Role Mission
Working in line with company strategy, you will increase the awareness and use of Grifols products in UK hospitals. You will ensure that clients are aware of, purchase, and use our products effectively, through presentations, group events, and one-to-one interactions with healthcare professionals.
What your responsibilities will be
- You will deliver territory sales targets by arranging appointments and making presentations to healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospital medical teams.
- You will maintain customer contact information in the CRM system, keeping it complete and up to date.
- You will proactively plan work activities, implement the territory business plan, and meet or exceed sales targets.
- You will maintain a detailed calendar to reflect business planning and objectives, attend company meetings and briefings, and prepare accordingly.
- You will stay up to date with clinical data, interpreting and discussing this information with healthcare professionals.
- You will monitor competitor activity, analyse sales and market data, and maintain knowledge of NHS developments to adapt strategy as needed.
- You will develop strategies to increase engagement with contacts in the healthcare sector and promote Grifols products in alignment with marketing campaigns and compliance policies.
- You will adhere to the ABPI Code of Conduct, Grifols Compliance Policy, and Pharmacovigilance procedures.
- You will manage portfolio products specific to your territory’s needs.

- Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar pharmaceutical sales role.
- Pharmaceutical selling skills in a hospital (secondary care) healthcare market, with the ability to operate in a multi-channel environment.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- IT literacy, including proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Ability to network effectively within the healthcare sector.
- Qualifications
- ABPI certification mandatory.
- Experience in selling into Haematology, Neurology, and Immunology preferred.
- Proven track record in territory sales management.
- Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in life sciences, pharmacy, or related field preferred.
