We are looking for a BIM Specialist (Senior), who will join our team and play a key role in the implementation and development of BIM projects, with a particular focus on telecommunications infrastructure.
About the role:
As a Senior BIM Engineer, you will be responsible not only for advanced modeling, but also for data quality, BIM standards, and coordination of the design teams work. This is an expert role that combines in-depth technical knowledge with communication and advisory skills, including collaboration with clients and the R&D team.
Your responsibilities:
- Creating, developing, and maintaining BIM model libraries in Autodesk Revit, specifically for telecommunications infrastructure elements (e.g., towers, masts, antennas).
- Advanced modeling and BIM data management in a design environment.
- Preparing and generating documentation based on BIM models.
- Development and verification of models compliant with IFC and BCF formats.
- Conducting cross-industry coordination and resolving coordination issues at the conceptual and implementation stages.
- CDE (Common Data Environment) management, including workflow configuration, data structures, and collaboration rules.
- Collaboration with the R&D team in the creation and implementation of advanced BIM and AI solutions.
- Active cooperation with clients – presenting BIM solutions and providing advisory support.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience working with BIM, including participation in several complete investment projects.
- Proficient knowledge of Autodesk Revit in the creation of complex, parameterized 3D models.
- Experience in creating and managing BIM family libraries in accordance with design standards.
- Advanced ability to read technical documentation.
- Expert knowledge of OpenBIM standards, in particular IFC and BCF formats.
- Experience in managing CDE (Common Data Environment).
- Proficiency in automation tools (Dynamo) or scripting in Python/C#.
- Ability to identify and solve complex BIM problems of a systemic and strategic nature.
- High attention to data quality, precision, and responsibility for modeling standards.
- Ability to communicate effectively with the team and clients.
- Communicative level of English.
