We are looking for a BIM Specialist (mid-level), who will join our team and actively participate in the implementation of infrastructure digitization projects, with a particular focus on the telecommunications industry.

About the role:

In this position, you will be responsible for independent BIM modeling in the Autodesk Revit environment and the development and maintenance of BIM object libraries. We are looking for a person with several years of experience who is familiar with OpenBIM standards, understands data quality, and is able to support less experienced team members. This role combines technical skills with responsibility for the quality and consistency of models.

Your responsibilities:

• Creating, developing, and maintaining a BIM model library in Autodesk Revit, specifically for telecommunications infrastructure elements (e.g., towers, masts, antennas).
• BIM data modeling and management, and preparation of documentation based on the model.
• Developing models compliant with the IFC format and working in OpenBIM standards.
• Working closely with other project participants.
• Collaboration with the R&D team in the creation and implementation of new BIM and AI solutions.
• Providing substantive support and sharing knowledge with junior team members (Junior BIM Modelers).

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience working with BIM, including participation in several complete investment projects.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, particularly in creating complex, parameterized 3D models.
• Experience in creating and managing BIM family libraries in accordance with design standards.
• Practical knowledge of OpenBIM standards, including IFC and BCF formats.
• Knowledge of BIM standards (e.g., ISO 19650).
• Ability to read technical documentation.
• Basic or intermediate knowledge of Dynamo in Revit.
• High attention to detail, responsibility for data quality, and good work organization.
• Communicative level of English.
